Work out from dawn until dusk. Fill your days with a brisk morning hike or leisurely walk, afternoon weight training, basketball, volleyball or tennis. And save some enthusiasm for a pre-bedtime evening yoga or belly dancing! How you spend your day is up to you, but we are here to support you whatever your fitness and weight loss goals are!

Hiring a personal trainer is another option we offer to accelerate your weight loss goals. We offer a one-on-one workout, or we can get you set up with a home workout program. Customize one-on-one training sessions in cardio, strength and sculpting, total body conditioning, and water workouts.

There’s no typical way to spend your time at Deerfield. We’re overflowing with opportunities to exercise, socialize, de-stress, learn about wellness and pamper yourself senseless. But pace yourself, there’s no need to try and do it all in one day….unless you want to!

Remember that you set the pace. You can take every single fitness class we offer, or none of them. All classes are included in the price of your stay, and you can choose what interests you. Guided by what your goals are for your health retreat with us, you can pack your schedule with activities or select a few that most interest you. Filling the rest of the time with relaxation and pampering. It is up to you, but whatever activity level you decide on, we are here to encourage and support you to meet your fitness and health goals.
